Rangiora Learn to Skate

Learn to Skate with us on Mondays during term 2 in 2024. 

Dates: May 6th - July 1st 

*No skating Kings Birthday Weekend

Location: Te Matauru Primary in Rangiora

We are offering 3 classes on Monday nights:

4pm (30min) Beginner Class (Ages 5 - 13)

4:30pm (45min) Intermediate Class (Ages 7 - 13)

5:15pm (45min) Open Skills Class (All Ages)

• Beginner class focuses on the basics of roller skating such as falling, pushing forwards, small jumps and spins, connecting with others. 
• Intermediate class focuses on the next step of skating like one foot balancing, half jumps, one-foot spins and footwork.
• Open skills class is a mix of beginner and intermediate class structure, artistic and roller derby, a fun class for everyone wanting to try roller skating in a supported and relaxed environment. 

Skate hire available for all classes from size 3 - 14US adult womans.
